What's included in an after-build clean?

After-build cleaning is to remove the dust and dirt that’s left over after building work or renovation. 

Here’s what’s included in our after builders cleaning service:

1. Clean reachable surfaces in all rooms

2. Clean exterior of cupboards and appliances

3. Clean kitchen & bathrooms, including descaling

4.Vacuum & mop floors

5.Clean inside windows

6.Clean hard to reach areas (surfaces, floors & inside windows)

7.Descale toilet

8.Clean grouting

Your cleaning team will bring all of the equipment and products they need to complete your clean. All you need to do is make sure they have access to hot water & electricity on the day.

Optional extra services

Clean inside oven / Clean inside fridge/freezer (must be empty and defrosted) / Clean carpet & upholstery / Clean external areas (balcony, terrace, etc)

Your after builders cleaning team won’t be able to complete the following tasks:

-De-cluttering / Cleaning of inside cupboards / Cleaning inside other appliances (dishwasher, washing machine etc) / Cleaning of external windows / Moving heavy furniture to clean underneath / Wiping of walls and spot cleaning / Mould removal/heavy limescale removal
