Our end of tenancy cleaning service is to thoroughly clean an empty home – it’s perfect if you’re moving out of your rental property or about to move in to a house you’ve bought.

Here’s what’s included in our end of tenancy cleaning service:

2.Clean exterior of cupboards and appliances

3.Clean kitchen & bathrooms, including descaling

4.Vacuum & mop floors

5.Clean inside windows

6.Clean inside oven

7.Clean inside cupboards

8.Clean hard-to-reach areas (surfaces, floors & inside windows)

9.Clean grouting

10.Clean inside fridge/freezer

11.Clean inside other appliances (dishwasher, washing machine etc)

12.Clean extractor fan filter

Your cleaning team will bring all of the equipment and products they need to complete your clean. All you need to do is make sure they have access to hot water & electricity on the day.

Optional extra services: Clean carpet & upholstery and Clean external areas (balcony, terrace, etc)

Your end of tenancy cleaning team won’t be able to complete the following tasks:

De-cluttering / Rubbish removal / Cleaning of external windows / Moving heavy furniture to clean underneath / Wiping of walls and spot cleaning / Mould removal/heavy limescale removal
