What’s a 7-day Guarantee?

If you are not totally satisfied, we will re-clean for free! Please contact us within 1 week of your concern. Then you have up to 1 month to arrange your re-clean. Please note, after this time-frame the guarantee is not applicable.

How does payment work?

When booking your Service you are required to pay in full. If there are any concerns after your clean please contact us within 1 week of your service for a free re-clean.

Do you come with your own cleaning products?

For our home clean service, products and cloths are provided apart from a hover and mop. For hygiene reasons we do not like to use the same mop or vacuum head for multiple homes. We kindly ask that you provide functioning ones. All equipment is provided for End of Tenancy and After-build cleans.

Is everyone background checked?

Yes. Our professional cleaners are friendly, well-trained, background checked and insured. This covers a right to work check, and a basic criminal record check. Every member is also interviewed in person and must maintain consistently high ratings to remain on the CVISION platform.

Will I have the same cleaner every time?

Yes, unless they are on leave or sick. Please stick to a regular cleaning schedule to have the same cleaner.

Can you provide commercial cleaners?

Yes, the team is trained to clean a variety of premises such as communal spaces, offices, event spaces and care homes.

Can I reschedule?

Of course! We ask that you let us know by 6pm the day before when cancelling and/or rescheduling. Email us via the Contact page above.

How does pricing work?

We package price. Everything in the space is cleaned without time limitations. Add-ons are optional such as ironing, oven, fridge-freezer and kitchen cupboards when booking home cleaning. Please see add-on prices here.

We package price without time limitations, because not every cleaner works at the same speed. A 2 hour clean with a fast cleaner will not be the same outcome with a slower cleaner.

If you are a commercial space such as: offices, communal or an event space - pricing is per hour, fixed at 2 hours minimum. Visit our Contact page to get a quote.

How do I join CVISION as a cleaner?

Which areas do you cover?

London postcode’s only.

How does insurance work?

In the unlikely case that your cleaner causes any damage/breakage in your home, you need to inform us within 72 hours of the incident.

Please provide photos and full details of the damage/breakage. We will then liaise with your cleaner and this will open a damage case our side.

Please note that your cleaner would not cover the cost of general wear and tear caused by normal cleaning. 

Although we do have an insurance policy, this exists to cover extreme cases such as fire or serious injury, and does not cover damage. Please note you will be required to pay a minimum excess of £250 for claims on this policy.

Will my cleaner wash the dishes and/or load the dishwasher?

Yes for Deep Cleans only. Refer to our Services page for more information.

Do you provide cleaning for airbnb properties?

Yes! You can book one-time cleans or recurring cleans for long-term guests. please use our contact page for more information.

Please note, same-day check-in/out cleans for the next guest must be pre-booked. Cleaners do not top-up supplies, laundry service, act as a host or provide damage or inventory reports.

Can my cleaner do ironing?

Yes! This is an Add Ons located when you book a deep clean.

Can I give my cleaner cleaning instructions?

Of course! Upon booking add this to ‘Additional notes’, tell the cleaner or use the Contact page at anytime.

What add-on services can my cleaner provide?

We provide ironing, oven, fridge-freezer, inside kitchen cupboards, blinds, laundry folding and carpet cleaning. You can request these items upon booking.

Do you do end of tenancy and builders clean?

Yes we specialise in both. An End of Tenancy Clean must be a completely empty space. The rate is worked out depending on how many bedrooms and bathrooms. Please use the book page to get your rate! Builders Cleans are one of most extensive cleans due to dust, debris and fingerprints! We see the project from construction through to completion or after build. Please refer to services for more details.

What are your customer services hours?

Our customer service team is available via our Contact page. We will respond within 24 hours.

Can I tip my cleaner?

Yes! It is not required but the gesture is greatly appreciated. All ours cleaners are paid above the London Living wage.

Can I book an urgent clean?

You can book a cleaner for the next day up until 6pm the day before. For example, if you request a clean on Sunday, you can book until 6pm on Saturday. Please note we cannot guarantee we will have availability.

Is my cleaner ok with Pets?

Upon booking you are asked if you have pets so we can ensure you're assigned a cleaner who is happy to work around animals.

You are welcome to give instructions for your cleaner such as, making sure all windows and doors are kept closed, or letting them know that your dog is scared of the vacuum in ‘Additional notes’ when booking.

Please note: Your cleaner cannot feed, clean, walk or care for your pet.

Is my cleaner looked after?

Yes! Without our employees this is not a business. We ensure our cleaners are paid well with incentives for extra hours and pay.
